Definitely an upgrade. I think the rechargeable remote should be standard with the helmet because the battery operated one was a pain; frequently needed new battery and the disassembly was difficult. I strongly recommend buying the rechargeable.

Love the remote! It took a couple minutes to pair with the firefly mini. Easy to mount and I like that the buttons light up when you push them. it’s a a great blinker system and I love the fact it’s wireless. Lumos truly knocked it out of the park! It’s worth them money!
