No words - the best helmet .The only problem is I can’t buy another - the red and blue : green is sold out !

Have bought helmet and remote for signals and braking and they work great!

I've ordered my Lumos ultra more than three years ago. The visor wasn't available at that time.

Without a visor, there is no way to drive without stressing your eyes in sunny environments.

It is so essential, that I still can't understand, why the helmet is sold without a visor.

Quality product.

I was looking for a bike helmet that provided lights, a visor and insulation for cold weather. After a decent amount of research not only did I find these options in the Lumos helmet but much more. I feel much more seen on my daily commute to and from work. Cars definitely notice me because of my helmet. Before I bought my lumos helmet I often felt like every ride home at night demanded a heavy dose of caution on the road. But now I feel much safer and confident on my rides. I'm especially happy with the turn signals on the helmet and the firefly mini lights. This is something that I've been wanting for a very long time. Ido think there is room for improvement in the app. It's not necessarily intuitive at first. It also wasn't clear that if I didn't have the location settings turned on that the Lumos devices wouldn't connect to the app. I eventually figured it out. While the price for the helmet is a bit steeper than some comparable products on the market, I'm very happy with my choice and the quality of the products that I purchased.

It fits perfectly and is suitable for cycling in winter.

It's a perfect fit, I only use it under -5 celsius, because it's really warm, great choice for cold weather

Habe zu meinem neuen E-Bike Helm den Winter Liner dazu bestellt. Bin sehr zufrieden! Er lässt sich einfach am Helm befestigen. Besonders die Ohren sind dick geschützt. Das Material fühlt sich sehr weich und hochwertig an. Bin gespannt wie der Winter Liner nach der ersten Wäsche aussieht! Würde ihn sofort wieder kaufen, sehr zu empfehlen.

Great quality as all products i bought

It’s a perfect fit for my Lumos Kickstart helmet too. It’s nice to see that it was designed with a discontinued model in mind, since replacing my old helmet isn’t something I’m planning on doing right now. It’s nice to know that it’ll work with the newer helmets too though, since replacing my old one is something I know I’ll have to do eventually.

Winter Liner

Ooh USB-C charging now? Ya love to see it!!

I never wore a helmet until now and thought I would online use it at night because of the lights. But now I’m wearing it every time I’m on my bike. I also got quite a few compliments on the look. I’ll order two more for my nephew and nieces!

The remote control of my Lumos Matrix, purchased in 2021, could no longer be charged. Lumos Support immediately offered to send me a new remote control free of charge. Perfect and accommodating customer service!

Shipping: From the order (24/11/2025) to the delivery (08/12/2025) it did take some time, but considering the long shipping route the duration is understandable. The tracking of the shipment was good, only the delivery by DHL was, as so often, unreliable: delivery announcement for Saturday, cancellation, delivery announcement for Monday afternoon, simultaneously a delivery notification on Monday morning “Shipment is with the neighbor” – I was at home the whole time (!?!).

Forget the shipping issue - I am glad with me new remote!

I've been enjoying my new Lumos MIPS helmet very much. It fits perfectly with easy adjustments. The winter liner has been a game changer... Keeps my head so warm, dry, and makes me feel even safer with a nice enveloping fit. Plus it is perfect for the cold, wet Seattle mornings and evenings.

Dieser Helm hat mir vor zwei Tagen mit einem Zusammenstoß mit einem Auto das Leben gerettet. Lumos der Helm ist gebrochen, doch mein Kopf ist heil geblieben, eine leichte Gehirnerschütterung habe ich bekommen. Bei den Aufprall ohne Helm wäre es der Tod gewesen.
