Limos customer service is great. We have 4 Lumos helmets and we love them. One of our new helmets didn’t hold its battery charge and we contacted Lumos for advise. They immediately offered to sent a new one. Within a few days we had a replacement helmet which works great. Thank you Lumos for keeping us safe.

The lights work great. People see me and they know when I’m turning. They are easy to charge and work through many hours of riding on one charge.

I did complain over my first bought helmet, the straps where not fittet well. Lumos send me a new one after a few emails of comunication. Great service new one fitt perrfect

First, thank you for replacong the control unit. I love this helmet with the remote controls. Its convenient, easy to use and definitely helps me be seen helps to focus other riders and drivers to my opresence.

Just starting to use it for a week. The weight is reasonable and the ventilation was great. However, they informed me that this model does NOT have the EMERGENCY CONTACT ALERT should I fall. It was only available in another model.
