The winter insert has been wonderful. It keeps my head warm while saving time with one less layer to worry about getting on and off each bike ride. The visor is great, too. The audible feedback on turn signals gives me confidence that I'm more visible now.

I thought it was a little pricey but I had to have it. My previous one was losing it's touch sensitivity and was hurting my fingers to get it to work. On the plus side, it got here way faster than I expected and connected to my helmet immediately.

This was a replacement indicator as by original indicator had perished under the UV light in New Zealand.
Extremely happy with the indicator and service

This is my first time using a bike helmet. I was skeptical about if I would like wearing one or not. It's so lightweight and doesn't make me feel like a bobblehead. I notice cars noticing me at night due to the brightness of the lights and that makes me feel safer. The only complaint I have is that the remote already fell off my bike, so I'd like the mounting device to be more secure.

For Christmas I received a Lectric Bike XPTrike 2. I started riding everyday the weather allowed. I quickly learned that I needed to be more visible to feel safer. I am a petite senior gal 76 years young. This helmet fit my needs perfectly…and it matches my trike. I get lots of complements racing along at 5 mph wearing my old Harley Davidson jackets, boots, and my adorable helmet. Will be asking my husband for Lumos lighting for Mother’s Day and my birthday.

Hello, I haven't had many chances to wear it yet, but everything seems to be as expected. The delivery was fast, and everything was well packaged. I really like the style of this helmet, especially the visor. I'm thinking about buying another one for my partner, but it's currently out of stock. Fingers crossed.

Lumos Ultra Smart E-Bike Helmet

Grundfunktionen getestet. OK. Laden über USB-C, und nicht induktiv, wie manchmal beschrieben. Funktions-/Ladedauer noch nicht getestet. Synchronisieren mit Helm bischen umständlich. Bremslicht ist rot auf den Firefly, am Helm jedoch gelb (wie Blinker, aber beidseitig). Blinken ist gelb.
USB-C Stecker muss einrasten (bischen Kraft anwenden) sonst wird nicht geladen. Das Bremslicht wird über einen Beschleunigungssensor in der Blinkerfernbedienung (BT) gesteuert. Funktioniert nicht vernünftig. Auf der höchsten Empfindlichkeitsstufe leuchtet das Bremslicht 50x auf 100m, obwohl nicht gebremst wird. Auf der nächstkleineren Stufe leuchtet es nicht, obwohl man bremst. (oder nur manchmal). Also: nicht verwendbar. Da muss Lumos die Firmware noch deutlich verbessern.

This charger is vastly superior to the charger that charges four lights at once. That never charged one of the lights at all.

Outstanding product and service

I bought the firefly mini lights and handlebar remote for winter predawn riding and absolutely loved them but was never quite convinced that the remote was charging. After six months when darkness returned to my morning commute and the remote suddenly ceased to pair, I went looking for trouble shooting advice and found clear and concise instructions on the information to send so that tech support could address my problem quickly. The email response was quick, they answered the questions I posed, and immediately agreed that the problem was a remote that was failing to charge. Within a couple of hours a new replacement remote was dispatched to me and I am now back to feeling a bit more visible on those early morning rides. I was always pleased with the product, but the service was top notch!

This is the second one I have purchased and I am happy with the product.

Really impressed helmet is the most technically advanced helmet I have ever seen.
The lumos app is so easy to use to link up light for indicators super happy will buy again in the future.

I I was quite surprised how smoothly transaction took place and the multitude of supportive information that got me going to get back on my bike again. Not only was the delivery speedy and a reasonable price the multitude of links help me re-configure my system very quickly and refined Joy these in my bike

They are super bright and the single charging cradle work much better the the four unit charge I had previously bought.

Lumos Firefly

Get one for each of your lights. The charge is a little slow but having two is needed instead of the wallet instead if you just have two units.
